Gran Visits

Nathan's mom, AKA Gran, came for a visit and to watch the babies for a couple of weeks. It was great having her help, and we will miss her until her next trip. While she was her the babies and Peyton enjoyed lots of fun walks in the new jogging stroller. Too bad it rained a lot too, so they didn't get out as often as they would have liked. Thanks for everything Gran!
We also celebrated the twins first St. Patrick's day while she was here. The babies wore matching shirts that said "I'm a McCutie".
I posted a few cute pictures from the last two weeks. You can catch a couple of glimpses of Moses Penitentiary - our new playpen we set up to keep our very active crawlers contained!

More Videos

Olivia was jealous that Liam had a YouTube video, so we decided to post one of her too. Then we got on a roll and posted a few more. Enjoy!

Olivia in her favorite toy, her jumpy:

Olivia learns to use her jumpy as a swing. Turn up your volume and you can hear her blowing raspberries at Mommy:

Olivia also likes to "chase" Peyton:

and...
Liam loves eating. He will eat anything we put in front of him. And, unlike Olivia, he loves real bananas:

Playdates, colds and Baby Gaga

It has been a busy week so far.

Sunday we had a very fun playdate. My friend since childhood, Aimee, came to visit from Colorado with her sons Camden and Beckett. It was our first time meeting Beckett, who is just 4 months old, and we were so excited to get to meet him. Aimee's mom Martie also came with her, so they all got to meet the twins for the first time. And our friend Megan and her family came too, so it was a full house with lots of fun!

The babies and I are all sick. We went to the doctor today, and she basically said (in a very nice way), "Everyone has colds, come back in a week if the babies are still not better." So, the good news is, it is just colds. The bad news is, we have more nights of crying, coughing and not sleeping. Good thing Daddy is taking such good care of all of us!

Olivia has started talking.... well not really talking but jabbering. Her favorite phrase is gagagaga. She says it high, low, loud, quiet, short, long..... but gagagaga day and night. You put her down to go to sleep and she says gagagaga. She wakes up from a nap and says gagagaga some more. She is even happy to sit and talk to herself. She likes the phrase so much, that Grandma Lori named her Baby Gaga!
